摘要
苜蓿水分高、含糖低、缓冲度高、乳酸菌少,青贮具有很大难度。目前,常采用半干青贮、混合青贮、添加剂青贮、拉伸膜裹包青贮技术等对苜蓿进行青贮,改善其饲喂价值。但青贮过程中影响苜蓿发酵品质的因素很多,包括水分、温度、pH值、发酵和贮存时间、密度、刈割时间、切短长度及添加剂等。因此,在制作苜蓿青贮时,应综合考虑上述影响因素,使其品质、营养价值更高。
Silaging alfalfa is difficult because of high moisture content,low sugar content,high buffer and low lactic acid bacteria.At present,semi-dry silage,mixed silage,additive silage and stretch film wrapped silage are often used to silage alfalfa to improve feeding value.However,there are many factors affecting the fermentation quality of alfalfa during silage,including moisture,temperature,pH value,fermentation and storage time,density,cutting time,cutting length and additives.Therefore,the above factors should be considered comprehensively to make higher quality and nutritional value in the production of alfalfa silage.
