摘要
石油企业实施油公司管理模式后,组织架构、核算内容等均发生了很大变化,管理者应适应新的管理模式,加强资产管理。要利用信息技术开发一套实用性、针对性、推广性、效益性强,能满足不同层次需要的,突出动态性、简单性、规范性、廉价性和关联性的资产经营管理系统,并通过该系统提高基层资料质量,拓宽挖潜增效途径,提升管理者参与资产经营管理的积极性。
After implementation of oil company mode by the oil production plants,great changes have occurred to the organization structure and accounting content of oil production plants.Managers should adapt to the new management mode and strengthen assets management.We should take advantage of information technology to develop an asset management system to meet the needs of different levels which is not only full of usefulness,relevance,reliability and strong efficiency,but also highlights the dynamic,simplicity,standardization,cheapness and relevance.We could improve data quality,broaden the ways to tap the potential synergies,and enhance managers' active participation in assets management through this system.
