朱琏针灸抑制Ⅱ型手法治疗腰椎骨性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Zhu Lian's Acupuncture Inhibition II Type Manipulation in the Treatment of Lumbar Osteoarthritis

目的:观察朱琏针灸抑制Ⅱ型手法治疗腰椎骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取腰椎骨性关节炎患者72例,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别以朱琏针灸抑制Ⅱ型手法和常规针灸法进行治疗,对观察组及对照组的疼痛评分及临床控制情况进行统计学分析。结果:治疗后观察组与对照组VAS较治疗前下降,治疗后观察组疼痛程度减轻更明显,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的优良率、临床控制率、显效率及总有效率大于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:朱琏针灸抑制Ⅱ型手法治疗腰椎骨性关节炎较常规针灸治疗方法能够有效控制症状,改善疼痛程度,值得进一步推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhu Lian’s acupuncture inhibition II type manipulation in the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis.Methods:72 patients with lumbar osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Zhu Lian’s acupuncture inhibition II type manipulation and conventional acupuncture were used for treatment respectively,the pain scores and clinical control of the observation group and the control group were statistically analyzed.Results:After treatment,VAS in the observation group and the control group decreased compared with that before treatment,and the pain degree in the observation group decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).The excellent rate,clinical control rate,significant efficiency and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional acupuncture,Zhu Lian’s acupuncture inhibition II type manipulation in the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis can effectively control symptoms and improve the degree of pain,which is worthy of further promotion.
