超激光照射联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的效果

Effect of Super Laser Irradiation Combined with Valacyclovir on Herpes Zoster

目的:探究带状疱疹患者行超激光与伐昔洛韦联合治疗的临床效果。方法:择取2017年2月～2018年8月期间某院收治的66例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,根据完全随机分组方法将其分为对照组与观察组,各33例。观察组行超激光与伐昔洛韦联合治疗,对照组患者单行伐昔洛韦治疗,对两组患者临床疗效,皮损好转、结痂和脱痂时间以及治疗前后视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)进行比较。结果:治疗前两组患者VAS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组VAS及症状改善时间少于对照组,临床疗效90.91%高于对照组69.70%(P<0.05)。结论:超激光与伐昔洛韦联合治疗带状疱疹效果确切,可有效改善患者皮损和疼痛症状,对患者康复具有积极影响,因此值得在临床中推广。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of combined treatment of super laser and valaciclovir in patients with herpes zoster. Methods: 66 patients with herpes zoster admitted to a hospital from February 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into a control group and observation group according to a completely randomized grouping method, 33 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with super laser and valaciclovir, and the control group was treated with valaciclovir alone. The clinical efficacy, skin lesions, scarring and dislocation time and visual analogue pain score(VAS) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in VAS between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the VAS and symptom improvement time of the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the clinical efficacy was 90.91% higher than that of the control group with 69.70%(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of supert laser and valacyclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster is effective, it can effectively improve the skin lesions and pain symptoms, and has a positive impact on the rehabilitation of patients, so it is worth of promoting in the clinic.
