腹腔镜联合GnRH-α治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效观察

Effect of Laparoscopy Combined with GnRH-α on the Treatment of Endometriosis

目的:探讨腹腔镜联合GnRH-α对子宫内膜异位症的治疗效果。方法:抽取某院2015年3月～2017年3月间收治的84例子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用腹腔镜手术,观察组在对照组基础上加用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH)药物,比较两组治疗效果。结果:对照组手术时间为(96.2±8.5)min,术中出血量为(174.8±11.6)min,术后排气时间为(25.6±4.5)h,住院时间为(7.2±0.9)d,与观察组的(75.8±6.4)min、(149.7±9.2)mL、(18.7±3.6)h和(5.7±1.2)d相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组治疗前黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素和雌二醇水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后对应指标水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予子宫内膜异位症患者腹腔镜联合GnRH-α治疗方案,既可改善手术指标,又能调节激素水平,值得推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the effect of laparoscopy combined with GnRH-α on the treatment of endometriosis. Methods: 84 cases of endometriosis patients admitted to a hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the therapy method. The control group was operated laparoscopic surgery, and the observation group was supplemented with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist(GnRH) on the basis of the control group, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: In the control group, operation time was(96.2±8.5)min, intraoperative blood loss(174.8±11.6)min, postoperative exhaust time for(25.6±4.5)h, length of hospital stay(7.2±0.9)d. And compared with observation group(75.8±6.4)min,(149.7±9.2)mL,(18.7±3.6)h and(5.7±1.2)d, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone, follicular stimulating hormone and estradiol before treatment between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05). After treatment, the corresponding index level of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic treatment combined with GnRH-α therapy in patients with endometriosis can not only improve surgical indicators but also regulate hormone levels,which is worthy of promotion and application.
