足部手术中超声引导下连续坐骨神经阻滞对患者VAS评分以及吗啡用量的影响分析

Effect of Continuous Sciatic Nerve Block under Ultrasound Guidance on VAS Score and Morphine Dosage in Foot Surgery

目的:分析足部手术中超声引导下连续坐骨神经阻滞对患者VAS评分以及吗啡用量的影响。方法:随机选定某院收治的足部手术患者130例,2016年3月～2018年3月为研究时段,以随机数字表法分组,分为试验组与对照组,每组样本容量65例。对照组采纳自控静脉镇痛,试验组采纳超声引导下连续坐骨神经阻滞镇痛,比较患者术后VAS评分以及吗啡用量。结果:与对照组术后VAS评分以及吗啡用量比较,试验组较低,具有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:足部手术中采纳超声引导下连续坐骨神经阻滞,可有效减轻患者术后疼痛感,效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective: To analyze the effect of continuous sciatic nerve block under ultrasound guidance on VAS score and morphine dosage in foot surgery. Methods: 130 patients with foot surgery in a hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly selected, they were grouped by random digital table and divided into test group and control group. Each group had a sample capacity of 65 cases. The control group adopted controlled intravenous analgesia and the experimental group adopted continuous sciatic nerve block under ultrasound guidance. VAS score and morphine dosage after operation were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the postoperative VAS score and morphine dosage were lower in the experimental group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: In foot surgery, continuous sciatic nerve block under the guidance of ultrasound can effectively alleviate postoperative pain of patients, with remarkable effect, which is worthy of reference.
