小儿七氟醚静吸复合麻醉与全凭静脉麻醉术后苏醒的效果对比分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨小儿手术中应用七氟醚静吸复合麻醉方案与全凭静脉麻醉方案对术后苏醒情况影响对比。方法:选择小儿手术病例80例,均为某院2017年2月~2018年2月收治,随机分组,就采用七氟醚静吸复合麻醉(观察组,n=40)与采用全凭静脉麻醉(对照组,n=40)术后苏醒效果展开对比。结果:观察组意识消失、插管时间相对长于对照组,但苏醒时间、拔管时间、定向力恢复时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分、躁动评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿手术采用七氟迷静脉复合麻醉方案,相较全凭静脉麻醉,虽起效时间缓慢,但可加快术后苏醒进程,减轻疼痛和躁动程度,值得临床广泛应用。 Objective: To compare the effects of sevoflurane inhalation combined anesthesia and total intravenous anesthesia on postoperative recovery in pediatric surgery. Methods: 80 cases of pediatric surgery treated in a hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups, sevoflurane combined anesthesia(observation group, n=40)and total intravenous anesthesia(control group, n=40).Compared the effect of postoperative recovery. Results: The time of consciousness disappearance and the intubation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, but the recovery time, the extubation time and the orientation recovery time were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The pain score and restlessness score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with intravenous anesthesia, the effect time of sevoflurane combined anesthesia in pediatric surgery is slow, but the process of postoperative recovery can be accelerated,the pain and agitation can be reduced, and it is worthy of clinical application.
