坤泰胶囊对子宫切除术后患者卵巢功能损伤的作用探讨

Effect of Kuntai Capsule on Ovarian Function Damage in Patients After Hysterectomy

目的:探究子宫切除术患者行坤泰胶囊治疗对其卵巢功能的影响。方法:择取2017年1月～2018年10月期间在某院进行子宫切除术治疗的患者共100例,根据完全随机分组方法将其分为对照组50例及观察组50例。对照组患者行维生素E胶囊治疗,观察组患者行维生素E胶囊联合坤泰胶囊治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后卵巢功能指标,同时在治疗前后对两组患者行改良Kupperman评分检测以了解患者临床症状改善效果。结果:治疗前两组患者促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)等卵巢功能指标以及改良Kupperman评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者FSH、LH、改良Kupperman评分显著低于对照组,E_2高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫切除术患者术后行坤泰胶囊治疗可有效改善其受损的卵巢功能,因此值得在临床中进行推广。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Kuntai capsule on the ovarian function damage in patients undergoing hysterectomy. Methods: A total of 100 patients who underwent hysterectomy in a hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled. According to a completely randomized grouping method, the patients were divided into control group with 50 patients and 50 patients in the observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with vitamin-E capsules. The patients in the observation group were treated with vitamin-E capsules combined with Kuntai capsules. The ovarian function indexes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, and modified Kupperman score was detected in both groups to explore the improvement of clinical symptoms. Results: There were no significant differences in ovarian function indexes and modified Kupperman scores between follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH) and estradiol(E2) in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The FSH, LH and modified Kupperman scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the E2 scores were higher than the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of Kuntai capsule on the patients after hysterectomy can effectively improve the damaged ovarian function, so it is worthy of promotion in the clinic.
