宣白承气汤加减治疗痰热壅肺型重症肺炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Modified Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction in Treating Severe Pneumonia due to Phlegm Heat Obstructing Lung

目的:观察分析宣白承气汤加减治疗痰热壅肺型重症肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年6月～2017年6月某院收治的60例痰热壅肺型重症肺炎患者,通过抛硬币的方式将其分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组患者均给予常规西医治疗,观察组在其基础上实施宣白承气汤加减治疗,对比两组患者的预后。结果:观察组患者的动脉血乳酸含量、机械通气时间、CPIS评分与APACHEⅡ评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的ICU转出概率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宣白承气汤加减治疗痰热壅肺型重症肺炎,可明显提高临床疗效,改善患者临床症状,值得推广。

Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Xuanbai Chengqi decoction in the treatment of severe pneumonia due to phlegm heat obstructing lung. Methods: 60 patients with severe pneumonia due to phlegm heat obstructing lung treated in a hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were divided into the control group and the observation group by the way of coin tossing, each group with 30 cases, and the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group carried out the treatment of Xuanbai Chengqi decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group and the prognosis of the two groups was compared. Results: The lactate content, mechanical ventilation time, CPIS score and APACHE II score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The ICU transfer probability of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xuanbai chengqi decoction for the treatment of severe pneumonia due to phlegm heat obstructing lung can significantly improve the clinical curative effect and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
