黄芪桂枝五物汤联合二仙汤治疗肩周炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction Combined with Erxian Decoction on Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的:观察黄芪桂枝五物汤联合二仙汤治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法:选取某院2017年3月～2018年3月期间收治的78例肩周炎患者为观察对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组以黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗,观察组患者则以黄芪桂枝五物汤联合二仙汤治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者疼痛评分低于对照组,治疗有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以黄芪桂枝五物汤联合二仙汤治疗肩周炎,可有效缓解患者疼痛,降低肩周炎复发率,因此值得应用于临床治疗中。

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with erxian decoction on the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods: A total of 78 patients with periarthritis of shoulder treated in a hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as observation objects. Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction. Observation group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with erxian decoction, and the treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results: The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the treatment efficiency was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with erxian decoction on the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis can effectively alleviate the pain and reduce the recurrence rate of periarthritis of shoulder, which is worthy of clinical treatment.
