左西替利嗪与加味玉屏风汤联合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜疗效评价

Efficacy of Levocetirizine Combined with Modified Yupingfeng Decoction in Treating Allergic Purpura in Children

目的:探究左西替利嗪与加味玉屏风汤联合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月～2017年6月在某院就诊的112例小儿过敏性紫癜患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各有56例过敏性紫癜患儿。对照组采用左西替利嗪进行治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合应用加味玉屏风汤。结果:实验组患儿有效率为96.43%,显著高于对照组(78.57%)(P<0.05);实验组皮疹消失时间(7.05±1.24)d、关节红肿消失时间(11.54±2.34)d、腹痛消失时间(3.10±0.89)d,均显著的低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿过敏性紫癜的临床治疗中,左西替利嗪联合加味玉屏风汤进行治疗可以有效地提高临床治疗效果,在临床中具有推广应用价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of levocetirizine combined with modified Yupingfeng decoction in the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in children.Methods:112 children with anaphylactoid purpura treated in a hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the digital randomized table method.There were 56 children with allergic purpura in each group.The control group was treated with levocetirizine,and the experimental group was treated with modified Yupingfeng decoction on the basis of the control group.Results:The effective rate in the experimental group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.57%)(P<0.05);The disappearance time of the rash in the experimental group was(7.05±1.24)days and the disappearance time of the joint swelling was(11.54±2.34)days.The disappearance time of abdominal pain was(3.10±0.89)days,which were all significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in children,levocetirizine combined with modified Yupingfeng decoction can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect.It has the value of popularization and application in clinic.
