中药枳实消痞汤结合三联方案治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Zhishi Xiaopi Decoction Combined with Triple Regimen in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Associated Gastritis

目的:探究中药枳实消痞汤结合三联方案治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的价值及意义。方法:将2017年6月～2018年3月期间某院收治的132例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎者作为研究对象,66例患者接受常规三联方案治疗作为参照组,另66例患者接受中药枳实消痞汤结合三联方案治疗作为探究组,以探究治疗效果。结果:探究组患者的治疗效果、幽门螺杆菌清除率都与参照组有差异,同时探究组的G-17、ET-1、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ等指标都与参照组相比有明显区别,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的患者,中药枳实消痞汤结合三联方案清除幽门螺杆菌效果佳,患者恢复效果好,推荐临床使用中药枳实消痞汤结合三联方案治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎患者。

Objective: To explore the value and significance of traditional Chinese medicine Zhishi Xiaopi decoction combined with triple regimen in the treatment of helicobacter pylori associated gastritis. Methods: 132 patients with helicobacter pylori associated gastritis admitted to a hospital from June 2017 to March 2018 were taken as research objects. 66 patients received conventional triple regimen as reference group, and another 66 patients received Chinese medicine Zhishi Xiaopi decoction combined with triple regimen as exploration group. The therapeutic effect were explored. Results: The therapeutic effect and helicobacter pylori clearance rate of the patients in the exploration group were different from those in the reference group. At the same time, the G-17, ET-1 and pepsinogen I in the exploration group were significantly different from the reference group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with helicobacter pylori associated gastritis, Chinese medicine Zhishi Xiaopi decoction combined with triple regimen has a good effect on clearing helicobacter pylori, and the recovery effect of patients is good. It is recommended to use traditional Chinese medicine Zhishi Xiaopi decoction combined with triple regimen to treat patients with helicobacter pylori associated gastritis.
