目的:探讨分析病理技术质量控制常见的问题与方法对策。方法:对病理技术质量进行严格控制管理,将规章制度严格管理、规范HE切片制备技术、提高工作人员的责任心、完善切片的染色操作、完善病理档案的管理等。将100次病理技术操作错漏事件发生率进行整理,并与管理前对比。结果:共出现4件错漏事件,较管理前明显更低,P<0.05。结论:实施相应方法对策,可提高病理技术工作质量。

Objective: To explore the common problems and methods of quality control of pathological technology. Methods: The hospital began to strictly control the quality of pathology technology. Strict management of rules and regulations, standardization of HE section preparation technology, improvement of staff’s responsibility, improvement of section dyeing operation, and improvement of pathological archives management, etc. The incidence of 100 pathological technical operation errors and omissions was sorted out and compared with that before management. Results: A total of 4 errors and omissions occurred, significantly lower than before management, P<0.05. Conclusion: The corresponding measures should be improved by implementing corresponding methods and countermeasures.
