临床护理干预在急性出血性结膜炎护理中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Acute Hemorrhagic Conjunctivitis

目的:研究临床护理干预在急性出血性结膜炎护理中的应用效果。方法:以随机分组的形式将某院收治80例急性出血性结膜炎患者(时间为2016年1月～2017年12月)分为对照组与实验组,对照组40例患者予以常规护理,实验组40例患者予以临床护理干预,对其护理效果及护理满意度进行对比分析。结果:实验组患者护理总有效率100.0%,比对照组患者护理总有效率80.0%高,差异显著(P<0.05);实验组患者护理总满意度97.5%,比对照组患者护理总满意度75.0%高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理干预在急性出血性结膜炎护理中有着重要的意义,不仅提高了治疗的质量,更提高了患者护理满意度,在临床中有着广泛的应用前景。

Objective: To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing intervention in the treatment of acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis. Methods: 80 patients with acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis(from January 2016 to December 2017) were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 patients in the control group received routine nursing, 40 patients in the experimental group were given clinical nursing intervention, the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed. Results: The total effective rate of care in the experimental group was 100.0%, higher than that in the control group, which was 80.0%(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was 97.5%, which was higher than the total satisfaction of the control group with 75.0%, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Clinical nursing intervention has important significance in the treatment of acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis. It not only improves the quality of treatment, but also improves the satisfaction of patients. It has broad application prospects in clinical practice.
