优质护理模式在心血管内科护理工作中的应用

Application of Quality Nursing Mode in Cardiovascular Nursing

目的:对优质护理模式在心血管内科护理工作当中的应用价值进行研究分析。方法:选取某院2017年2月～8月间收治的心血管内科患者200例,依据随机分配的原则平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组的患者均使用心血管内科常规性的护理模式,研究组的患者则使用心血管内科优质护理模式,记录研究期间两组患者的临床症状消失时间、住院时间以及不良症状发生率与护理有效率的数据,并进行分析。结果:研究组患者的临床症状消失时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者护理时不良症状发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理模式在心血管内科患者的护理工作当中对缩短心血管内科患者的临床症状消失时间成效显著,相应的也促使患者的住院时间得到缩短。此外,在心血管内科患者的优质护理工作当中不良症状的发生率也相应的得到了降低,有效地改善了患者的预后情况与生活质量,其护理成效十分显著,值得进行广泛地应用与推行。

Objective:To study the application value of quality nursing mode in cardiovascular nursing.Methods:200 cases of cardiovascular internal medicine in a hospital from February to August 2017 were collected.According to the principle of random assignment,the patients was divided into the study group and the control group.Patients in the control group used the conventional nursing mode of cardiovascular medicine,while patients in the research group used the high-quality nursing mode of cardiovascular medicine.The time of clinical symptoms disappearance,length of hospitalization,occurrence rate of adverse symptoms and nursing efficiency of patients in the two groups were recorded and analyzed.Results:The disappearance time and hospitalization time of clinical symptoms in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse symptoms in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing mode in the nursing work of cardiovascular internal medicine patients has a significant effect on shortening the time of the disappearance of clinical symptoms of cardiovascular internal medicine patients,and correspondingly,the length of hospitalization of patients is also shortened.In addition,the incidence of adverse symptoms in the quality care of cardiovascular internal medicine patients has been reduced accordingly,and the prognosis and quality of life of patients have been effectively improved,and the nursing effect is very significant,which is worthy of wide application and implementation.
