临床路径式联合PBL教学法在护生带教中实施观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨在护生带教中采用临床路径式联合问题式学习(PBL)教学法的应用效果。方法:选择2016年3月~9月某院实习护生28名为对照组,选择2016年10月~2017年4月某院实习护生28名为观察组,对照组采用常规带教模式,观察组采用临床路径式联合PBL教学法,比较两组出科考核成绩与满意度。结果:观察组基础操作与理论知识评分以及满意度均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在护生带教中采用临床路径式联合PBL教学法能增强护生理论及操作能力,确保教学高质量、高效率的完成,提高满意度。 Objective: To explore the application effect of clinical path combined with problem based learning(PBL) teaching method in teaching nursing students. Methods: 28 nursing students in a hospital from March 2016 to September 2016 were selected as the control group. 28 nursing students in a hospital from October 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the observation group. The control group used the conventional teaching mode, and the observation group adopted the clinical path combined with PBL teaching method. The assessment results and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores and satisfaction of basic operations and theoretical knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of the clinical path combined with PBL method in teaching nursing students can enhance nursing theory and operation ability, ensure the completion of teaching with high quality and high efficiency, and improve satisfaction.
