摘要
建立在砂层上的既有建筑物由于地基较松散易发生不均匀沉降现象。通过对注浆材料特性、注浆压力、施工工艺等参数试验现场研究,论证挤密注浆可以压缩强化周边地基的"改良"方法,提高基础承载力,解决基础沉降问题。通过工程实例证明该方法处理砂土地基安全有效,为既有建筑物砂土地基处理提供一定借鉴作用。
Uneven settlement may occur in the existed structures built on the sand layer due to the loose foundation.By means of experimental field studies on parameters of grouting material feature,grouting pressure and construction techniques,feasibility studies have been made on the'improved'methods of squeeze grouting for condensing and consolidating the surrounding foundations,which may improve foundation bearing capability and reduce foundation settlement.The experiment proves that the method is effective to treat the sandy land and of reference value to other similar projects.
