This paper presents a type of electrical quantities detection equipment that using IC card as data store tool and its data processing software used on detecting high power motor electrical quantities. Using data processing software based on VB exploiting environment, through analyzing collected data, we can hold the running state, forecast running troubles and implement secure running.
