摘要
为解决船舶动力装置集中与分散监控问题,提高监控系统的可靠性及可扩充性,本文给出了基于PLC及RS-485网络构成的监控系统,阐述了系统的组成、功能及工作原理。在该系统中,每个动力装置的状态监控由各自的下位机PLC负责,其直接监控动力装置的运行状态并作相应的报警及保护动作,实现控制分散和故障分散,上位机通过RS-485网络对所有PLC测控单元的监控信息进行采集,实现集中显示和信息管理。
A monitoring system based on PLC,PC and RS-485 bus for ship engines is presented in order to improve the reliability,extensibility and realize distribution control and centralizedcontrol.The structures,principle and functions,both hardware and software,are given.In the system.PLCs monitor the engines and give alarm or shut down the equipment directly whenever faults come.The PC samples the states of each engines from PLCs through RS-485 bus for information displaying and management.
