Combating against corruption is a longterm political task.Under the new situation,combat between corruption and being against corruption will be more sharp and intense.Its means tend to be modern;itsexpression way presents the characteristic as'legal system'.The field and scope of struggle will also be becoming increasingly internationalization,and preventing corruption is more important than punishing corruption.
