Management and construction of medical biochemistry and molecular biology experimental teaching center in “Double-first Class” university

以建设"双一流"的国家级医学教学中心和培养优秀的医学生为目的,我中心从加强对实验系列教师进行"白求恩精神"的思想教育入手,定期进行业务考核和培训,提高教师整体素质。我们制定和完善了仪器设备管理制度和实验室安全管理制度,有效利用仪器设备资源。采用多层次的教学方案结合多元化教学模式,有机地将《生物化学与分子生物学》实验课与临床医学相结合,增加了学生动手的机会,有利于开发学生的创新潜能,提高学生解决问题的综合能力。本文旨在为建设"双一流"大学的医学生物化学和分子生物学教学中心提供参考和建议。

To build'Double-First Class'national medical teaching center and cultivate excellent medical students,our center enhance the ideology of the laboratory teacher'spirit of Bethune'and improving teachers’teaching abilities.We develop and improve the system of instrument equipment management and lab safety,to improve the effective use of equipment resources.We adopt diversified teaching mode which combines multi-level teaching scheme,organically combine the biochemistry and molecular biology and clinical medicine,to increase undergraduate students’practical opportunities,develop students’innovative ability,and improve students’comprehensive ability to solve problems.It provides suggestions for the construction of the medical biochemistry and molecular biology teaching center of the'Double-first Class'university.
