摘要
心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、癌症等疾病严重影响人们身心健康,降低了人们生活质量,因而成为亟待解决的问题。硫氧还蛋白互作蛋白(thioredoxin-interacting protein, TXNIP)是一个多功能的蛋白质,可以调节线粒体氧化磷酸化、脂肪酸β氧化、炎症反应、细胞凋亡等过程,从而成为治疗上述疾病的重要靶标。本综述通过介绍TXNIP功能方面的研究进展,以及TXNIP与各种疾病之间的关系,旨在为疾病治疗提供新思路。
In contemporary society,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes,cancer and other diseases seriously affect people’s physical and mental health,and reduce their quality of life,for which they should be solved immediately.TXNIP(thioredoxin-interacting protein),as a multifunctional protein,can regulate mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation,fatty acid beta oxidation,inflammation,apoptosis,which makes it an important therapeutic target of diseases.This review aims to provide new ideas for the treatment of diseases by introducing the research progress of TXNIP and the relationship between TXNIP and various diseases.
