摘要
胰腺癌高发病率和低治疗率使其死亡率逐年上升,因此急需新的治疗方法改善胰腺癌患者预后。近年,免疫疗法在肿瘤治疗上取得的突破性进展,CAR-T疗法、免疫点抑制剂,如细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原4和程序性死亡1/程序性死亡受体1已经在治疗恶性肿瘤上取得了巨大成功,树突状细胞(dendritic cells, DCs)疫苗、溶瘤病毒等免疫疗法也在治疗肿瘤方面表现出一定疗效。基于胰腺癌的部分免疫发病及逃逸机制,免疫疗法已部分运用于胰腺癌研究和临床试验,且取得了一定的疗效。本文将对胰腺癌免疫疗法最新进展作一综述。
The high incidence of pancreatic cancer and the inefficiency of treatment led to an increase in mortality year by year.Therefore,new treatments are urgently needed to improve the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.In recent years,breakthroughs in immunotherapy have been made in the treatment of cancer.CAR-T therapy,immunosuppressive agents such as cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 and programmed death 1/programmed death ligand 1 have been used to treat malignant tumors.Great success has been achieved,and immunotherapy such as DCs(dendritic cells)vaccine and oncolytic virus have also shown certain effects in treating tumors.Based on the partial immune pathogenesis and escape mechanism of pancreatic cancer,immunotherapy has been partially applied to pancreatic cancer research and clinical trials,and has achieved certain effects.We review the latest immunotherapy of pancreatic cancer in this review.
