摘要
莫洛尼小鼠白血病病毒前病毒插入位点(proviral integration site of murine leukemia virus, Pim)是高度进化保守的丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶家族,由三种不同亚型Pim-1、Pim-2和Pim-3组成。Pim激酶能通过与凋亡基因相互作用或磷酸化不同的底物而在细胞凋亡、细胞周期调控及肿瘤发生等方面起重要的作用。近年来越来越多的研究显示,Pim激酶在炎症方面也发挥着重要的作用。本文将对Pim激酶及其抑制剂在炎症相关疾病中的作用作一综述。
Proviral integration site of murine leukemia virus(Pim),is a highly evolutionarily conserved serine/threonine kinase family which consists of three different subtypes of Pim-1,Pim-2 and Pim-3.Studies have shown that Pim kinase plays an important role in apoptosis,cell cycle regulation and tumorigenesis by interacting with apoptotic genes or phosphorylated substrates.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that Pim kinase also plays an important role in inflammation.This article will review the role of Pim kinase and its inhibitors in inflammation related diseases.
