摘要
骨肉瘤是最常见的恶性骨肿瘤,具有侵袭性和转移性,主要发生在儿童和青少年中。尽管在多药化疗和手术切除方面取得了一定进展,但由于肿瘤易于转移,骨肉瘤患者的远期预后仍然不是很好。近年来,miRNA分子作为肿瘤诊断和预后的重要组成部分,它们不仅被认为是潜在的抗肿瘤新药研发的生物标志物,同时由于其参与对骨肉瘤相关信号通路的调控,也成为了探索骨肉瘤发生机制以及治疗策略的新的靶点。因此,本文就近年来miRNA分子在调控骨肉瘤相关信号通路的研究进展作一综述。
Osteosarcoma is the most common malignant bone tumor with the property of invasive and metastasis,and usually prevalent amongst young children and adolescents.Although certain progress has been made in multidrug chemotherapy and surgical resection,the long-term prognosis of the osteosarcoma patients is still unsatisfactory due to the high tumor metastasis.In recent years,miRNA molecules,as the important components of tumor diagnosis and prognosis,are regarded as potential biomarkers for the development of novel anticancer drug.Besides,due to the involvement in the regulation of osteosarcoma-related signaling pathways,miRNA molecules also become the new target for exploring the development mechanism and therapy strategy in osteosarcoma.Therefore,this paper reviews the recent research progress of miRNA molecules in the regulation of osteosarcoma-related signaling pathways.
