油气生产智能运维系统iPES-PE研究

摘要 目前油气生产现场管理主要采用人工巡检,基于这种传统模式的巡检方式存在信息采集效率低、真实性得不到保障且信息共享性差,对于巡检目标的异常状态无法高效、准确、实时的回传技术人员进行评价、决策工作;对油气田生产运行管理造成了巨大经济效益隐患。本文结合业务目标分析,从系统架构、PC客户功能设计和移动智能终端设计出发,构建了油气生产运维系统iPES-PE。该系统实现了系统管理、报警管理、任务管理、设备资产管理、巡检管理、成本管理、人员管理、考核等功能应用开发,切实帮助油气生产用户实现提高油气田生产运维效率,降低运维成本等目标。 At present, manual inspection is mainly used in oil and gas production field, which based on the pattern of the traditional way with low efficiency of information collection. Authenticity is not guaranteed and information sharing is poor. The abnormal condition of the inspection object cannot be sent back to the technical personnel with high efficiency, accuracy or in real-time for evaluation and solution, which caused a huge economical problem in the operation and management of oil and gas production. Combined with business objective analysis and start from the system structure, PC customer function design and mobile intelligent terminal design, the Oil & Gas Production Intelligent Operations System i PES-PE is set up. This system can realize the functions of system management, al arm management, task management, equipment asset management, patrol management, cost management, personnel management and assessment function etc., which can help the users to improve the operation efficiency in oil and gas production and reduce the cost in the operation and maintenance.
