互联网的迅猛发展为人们的生活带来便利的同时,也造成了大量的网络侵权案件。各类网络服务提供者作为重要的参与主体,有提供信息内容,有提供技术支持,不仅使网络信息内容传播方式多样化,而且亦对交易模式和生活方式产生深刻的影响。当今,网络服务提供者作为网络信息传递的中枢,屡屡成为争议主体,因此明确其在侵权法上的责任担当就成了现实而棘手的问题。本文以近期的一则新闻引题,对网络服务提供者的概念、现有法律规范、归责原则及责任限制进行探讨,试图对网络服务提供者在侵权案件发生后如何实现责任承担这一现实问题的解决有所裨益。

Every kind of network service providers, as an important participate in the subject provides information,technical support, not only diversified the propagation modes of network information,but also made a great impact on trading modes and lifestyles.
