摘要
介绍某轮6RT-flex48T-D电喷柴油机故障排除过程,通过对其原理的分析,故障发生时的处理措施,说明对此设备加深了解和加强管理的必要性,最后提出对排气阀故障预防的指导意见,对避免故障再次发生,保障主机安全运行有十分重要的意义。
This paper introduces the process of trouble shooting of Wartsila 6RT-flex48T-D diesel engine. Through the analysis of its working principle and the treatment measures when failures occur, explains the essentiality for good understanding and strength management of this equipment. Finally it gives the ideas for fault prevention and trouble shooting. It has a very important significance to avoid the failure occurrence and ensure engine safety running.
