摘要
压裂作业是油气资源开发和增产中的重要环节,压裂液体系则是压裂施工的关键技术之一。随着压裂规模的扩大,压裂液用量越来越大,施工后返排液量也随之大幅增加,这些压裂返排液的大量排放对环境造成了严重污染。如果这些返排液可以合理处理再利用,不但可以避免污染,并且可以节约水源,为油气开采的可持续发展做出贡献。本文总结了目前苏里格区块水平井用羟丙基压裂液体系返排液的现场处理方法,分析了规模处理过程中每种方法存在的优劣势,并就如何实现返排液的低成本、高效率、大规模处理应用,提出了见解和想法,为现场返排液的处理提供了指导。
Fracturing is an important link to promote reservoir production. Fracturing Fluid system is one of the key technologies. With the enlargement of fracturing scale, fracturing fluid consumption is larger and larger, the amount of fracturing flowback fluid after the construction has been greatly increased,it causes serious pollution.This paper summarizes the treatment of the fracturing fluid flowback fluid system on the well site,which was used in Sulige block horizontal wells.It also analyzes advantages and disadvantages of each method in the process of the large-scale disposing,and puts forward views and ideas about how to obtain low cost, high efficiency, large-scale application of flowback fluid, Providing guidance for field processing.
