热电厂氮氧化物超低排放控制策略

摘要 热电锅炉常见脱硝工艺有锅炉低氮改造、SCR法、SNCR法、SCR+SNCR法、吸收法、电子束法、臭氧法等等,热电厂由于供热负荷不稳,造成锅炉床温、氧量变化,单一SNCR法脱硝工艺难以保证NOX稳定排放,采用锅炉低氮改造+SNCR法+臭氧多脱技术联合工艺,可有效控制NOX稳定达到超低排放要求。从经济、运行、安全等方面综合分析,采用此联合脱硝工艺对于热电锅炉调节具有较强的实用性,可操作性、稳定性。 thermoelectric boiler common denitration technology has low nitrogen transformation, SCR, SNCR and SCR + SNCR method, absorption method, electron beam, ozone, etc., unstable thermal power plant due to the heating load, change of boiler bed temperature, oxygen content, a single method of SNCR denitration technology is difficult to guarantee the stability of NOX emissions, the retrofit boiler low nitrogen + + SNCR method ozone technology combined technology, which can effectively control stability at low NOX emissions requirements. From the comprehensive analysis of economy, operation and safety, this joint denitration technology is applicable to the regulation of thermoelectric boilers, which is operable and stable.
