摘要
目的:为了提高酸价,过氧化值实验中的溶剂回收^([1])及回收利用率。方法:利用减压装置进行溶剂回收,此次实验主要仪器为旋转蒸发仪、无油真空泵、和冷凝装置。结果:通过对不同食品石油醚的回收率的研究实验达到了理想的效果而且回收利用率无显著性差异。结论:对于达不到溶剂回收的实验推荐使用此装置,综合石油醚回收率56.44%。
Objective:In order to improve the solvent recovery ^([1])and the rate of the solvent recovery, in the acid value and hydrogen peroxide experiments. Methods:Take advantage of Pressurerelief devices to recovered solvents, the Rotatary evaporator, the Oil free vacuum pump, and the Condensing unit is used as the main instruments of experiments. Results:Trough the study of thedifferent food oil ether, in terms of the recovery rates, our experiments not only achieved the ideal effect, but without any obvious difference in the solvent recovery rates. Conclusion:For the experiments of not good recovery rates of solvent, our device should be recommended, because of the high pertroleum utilization, it can reach 56.44%.
