摘要
动脉粥样硬化引起的心血管疾病已成为人类健康的巨大威胁,血管移植作为治疗这类疾病的有效手段被广泛应用.聚氨酯由于其良好的水渗透性、血液相容性和与天然血管相匹配的顺应性,被视为制作血管移植物的优势材料.然而,作为小口径人工血管时,血管内壁常伴有血栓形成和内膜增生等问题,为了解决这些难题,对聚氨酯人工血管进一步改性,提高生物相容性,实现内皮化,是国内外研究者的主要研究方向.
The cardiovascular disease caused by atherosclerosis has become a huge threat to human health,vascular transplantation as an effective means of treatment of these diseases is widely used. Polyurethanes are considered to be the dominant material for the production of vascular grafts due to their good water permeability, blood compatibility and compliance with natural blood vessels. However, as small-diameter artificial blood vessels,vascular walls often accompanied by thrombosis and intimal hyperplasia,in order to solve these problems, further modification of polyurethane artificial blood vessels, improve biocompatibility, to achieve endothelialization, is the main research researchers direction.
