摘要
文章介绍了EPRO电涡流式位移传感器工作原理及检定方法,依据JJG 644—2003《振动位移传感器检定规程》对试验数据进行处理分析。文章从静、动态特性两方面分析得到该传感器的静、动态灵敏度,并对静态特性下的输出电压及传感器位移建立回归模型进行回归分析,结果表明该传感器在静态检验下线性特性很好,静态灵敏度也符合规程;在动态灵敏度的分析中分析了动态参考灵敏度、幅值线性度、频率响应,其值均符合标准,表明被校传感器的线性特性很好。
This paper introduces the working principle and verification method of EPRO eddy current displacement sensor and analyzes the experimental data according to JJG 644-2003 vibration displacement sensor verification code. The static and dynamic sensitivity of the sensor is obtained from static and dynamic characteristics. In addition, the output voltage and the sensor displacement regression model are analyzed in this paper. The results show that the sensor is linear in static test and the static sensitivity conforms to the rules. In the dynamic sensitivity analysis, the dynamic reference sensitivity, amplitude linearity and frequency response are analyzed and their values are all in line. The results show that the linearity of the sensor is good.
