摘要
为了达到尾砂的全部利用,解决尾矿库所带来的问题,某矿东风矿区采用全尾砂胶结充填采矿方法。通过对现场尾砂骨料的物理力学性质和化学组成、配比优化进行分析和研究,评价充填骨料的可行性和寻找最优配比。结果表明,东风矿区尾砂骨料物化性能符合充填需要,并且推荐采场底部两分层采用灰砂配比为1:4,中间两分层使用全尾砂,上部一分层采用灰砂配比为1:8的充填料充填。
In order to achieve the full use of tailings, to solve the problems caused by the tailings, a mine Dongfeng mining area using full tail sand filling mine method. Through the analysis and research on the physical and mechanical properties, chemical composition and ratio optimization of the tailings aggregate, the feasibility of filling the aggregate and the optimal ratio were found. The results show that the physical and chemical properties of tailings aggregate in Dongfeng mining area meet the filling requirements, and the two layers at the bottom of the recommended stope are 1: 4, the middle two layers are used with the whole tail sand, Ratio of 1: 8 filling material filling.
