摘要
随着工业自动化技术的发展,一个大型规模工厂的各个自动化系统已不再是独立运行的个体,它们之间都会有着各种联系。传统的以硬线信号为传输介质的通讯方法已不再适应大型自动化控制系统,系统之间的通讯趋向于网络化和集成化。本文主要针对西门子DCS通讯技术在焦炉系统中的应用,简要的分析了各个DCS之间通讯工业以太网通讯技术实现系统之间的数据快速、稳定的通讯。
With the development of industrial automation technology, a large-scale factory automation system is no longer independent of the individual, they will have a variety of links. The traditional communication method with hard line signal as transmission medium is no longer suitable for large-scale automatic control system. The communication between systems tends to be networked and integrated. This paper mainly focuses on the application of Siemens DCS communication technology in coke oven system, and briefly analyzes the communication between each DCS communication industry ethernet communication technology to realize the fast and stable data between systems.
