摘要
减速器装配中,为保证密封性和零件的多次利用性,往往涉及耐磨套的加工。考虑具体结构影响,很多时候所使用耐磨套又属于薄壁套,而通常情况下,薄壁套的加工为保证其精度又需要专门的设备,由此为加工带来了不便。本文通过TRIZ理论辅以一定的工装设计了一种比较通用的加工方法。该方法使薄壁套的加工对设备具有了一定程度的通用性。
In the assembly of reducer, the processing of wear sleeve is often concerned to ensure the tightness and the multiple use of parts.Considering the influence of concrete structure,the wear-resistant sleeve used in many cases belongs to the thin wall sleeve,and in the ordinary case, the processing of the thin-wall sleeve needs special equipment to ensure its accuracy, which brings inconvenience to the processing.In this paper,a general machining method is designed by means of TRIZ theory and certain tooling. The method makes the processing of the thin-wall sleeve have a certain degree of versatility to the equipment.
