信息文化产生并形成于信息时代,是以信息技术广泛应用于社会生活为主要特征而形成的新的文化形态。在信息科学日益发达的今天,经济的发展,社会的进步,以及人们生活中的各种需求都离不开信息文化的作用。网络文化是指以计算机技术和现代化通讯技术融合作为物质基础,提供并传播一切信息资源的一种崭新文化。是人们在互联网世界中,进行工作、学习、交往、娱乐等的活动方式及其所反映的价值观念和社会心态等方面的总称。本文主要分析比较信息文化和网络文化两者之间的联系和区别。提出需要通过文化监督和管理,营造网络中健康、文明、诚信的文化环境。

Information culture is produced and formed in the information age. It is a new cultural form that is widely used in social life as the main feature of information technology. In the development of information science, the development of economy, the progress of society and the demands of people's life are inseparable from the function of information culture. Network culture refers to a brand new culture which integrates computer technology and modern communication technology as material basis and provides and disseminates all information resources. It is the general name of people in the Internet world, such as work, study, communication, entertainment, etc., and the values and social mentality reflected by them. This paper mainly analyzes the relation and difference between information culture and network culture. It is necessary to build a culture environment of health, civilization and integrity through cultural supervision and management.
