校企合作艺术设计专业创新型实训基地的建设策略

Construction Strategy of Innovative Training Base for Art Design Major of School Enterprise Cooperation

现如今社会中,校企合作是高校主要性建设实训基地的方式,但是在部分院校,校企合作仍然处于初始化阶段,像艺术设计类专业,这样的实践操作性要求较高专业,存在师资力量薄弱、经费投入不足、实训基地基础差等问题。学生、学校及企业三方,均因实训基地建设难以实现建设初衷,致使产生严重不满。基于此,怎样建设好高校艺术设计专业校内实习基地,从校企合作的角度出发,便是当前面临首要任务。本文通过对"校企合作"这一教学改革模式的说明及分析,得出"校企合作"模式中,校内实训基地建设为重要环节,并给出相应建设策略。

nowadays society, school enterprise cooperation is the main way of the construction of training bases, but in some colleges, the school enterprise cooperation is still in the initial stage, as a professional art and design, this practice of higher professional problems, weak teachers, inadequate funding, poor basic training base. Students, schools and enterprises of the three parties, because the training base construction is difficult to achieve the original intention of construction, resulting in serious dissatisfaction. Based on this, how to build a campus practice base for art design major in Colleges and universities, from the perspective of school enterprise cooperation, is currently facing the primary task. Based on the description and analysis of the teaching reform model of "school enterprise cooperation", this paper concludes that the construction of intramural training base is an important link in the mode of "school enterprise cooperation", and the corresponding construction strategy is given.
