摘要
本文结合交流变频调速技术在双梁桥式起重机中的应用,对双梁桥式起重机的负载特性及要求,异步电动机的运用特性及调速特性进行分析,论述了异步电动机的选择,变频器的选型及控制线路。目前,变频器已经发展到除非有超同步调速的要求或1:20以上的大速比低调速要求或特低噪声以外,一般无需选用变频器专用电动机做变频系统的电动机。双梁桥式起重机变频调速控制系统,在铝电解企业的电解车间得到了很好的应用,不但提高了企业生产效率,而且在节电效果明显,并且由于系统本身具有良好特性,安全可靠,故障率低,便于维护。
In this paper,the application of AC variable frequency speed control technology in double-girder overhead traveling cranes is analyzed in this paper.The load characteristics and requirements of double-girder overhead traveling cranes,the operating characteristics and speed regulation characteristics of asynchronous motors are analyzed.The selection of asynchronous motors,Inverter selection and control circuit.At present,the frequency converter has been developed to unless the requirements of ultra-synchronous speed or 1:20 above the speed ratio of low speed requirements or extra low noise,generally do not need to use inverter motor for frequency conversion system motor.Double girder bridge crane frequency control system,electrolytic plant in the aluminum electrolysis business has been a very good application,not only improve the production efficiency,but also in the energy-saving effect is obvious,and because the system itself has good features,safe and reliable,Low failure rate,easy to maintain.
