在21世纪,高新技术需要发展的三大技术基础:信息技术、新材料、生命科学。而在生产力水平提高的基础上,对技术开发及科学研究所产生的具有价值的科技成果,再进行开发、试验、应用和推广,从而形成新工艺、新产品和新材料等科技成果的转换;把科技成果转化成实际生产力,从而产生更多的社会及经济效益。本文通过对目前科技成果转化过程存在的困难进行分析,从而提出新材料领域要加快科技成果转化,促进新材料产业发展应重视的方面。

In the 21 st century,The three technological bases for the development of new and high technology:Information technology,new materials,life sciences.And on the basis of increased productivity,In technology development and scientific research institute has the value of scientific and technological achievements,the further development,testing,application and promotion,thus forming new technology,new products and new materials science and technology achievements transformation;The transformation of scientific and technological achievements into actual productive forces resulted in more social and economic benefits.This paper analyzes the existing difficulties in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and puts forward that the new material field should accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and promote the development of new materials industry.
