摘要
3D打印技术是一项新兴的快速成型技术,将计算机设计的三维数字模型分层,用3D打印机把粉末状或液状等可粘合材料按照"分层加工、堆叠成型"的方式生成产品。本文简要介绍了3D打印技术,重点阐述了这项技术在食品领域的发展状况,介绍了3D食品打印机和其制作的食物对老年人的帮助,并对该技术在食品领域应用的前景作出展望。
3 D printing technology is a new rapid prototyping technology,the computer design of the three-dimensional digital model stratification,with a 3 D printer to powder or liquid and other adhesive materials in accordance with the "layered processing,stacking" way to generate products.This paper briefly introduces the 3 D printing technology,focuses on the development of the technology in the field of food,describes the 3 D food printer and its production of food for the elderly to help,and the technology in the field of food applications prospects.
