铸造厂职业病危害因素识别与关键控制点分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解某铸造厂的职业病危害现状,对职业病危害控制关键点进行分析。方法:通过现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测等方法对该企业存在的职业病危害因素及其程度等进行评价。结果:企业生产过程中使用原辅料种类较多,存在粉尘、化学因素、物理因素等多种职业病危害因素。结论:企业属于"职业病危害严重的建设项目",应将压蜡、蜡模组装/检测、制壳、脱壳、切割、吹砂/水洗、内部标刻、精修、荧光渗透/检验等作业岗位列为职业病危害的关键控制点,通过采取工程技术防控、加强个人防护用品管理等措施有效控制职业病危害。 Objective: to understand the status of occupational hazards in a foundry enterprise and to analyze the key points of occupational hazard control. Methods: the enterprises were investigated, and occupational hazards and their degree of occupational hazards were evaluated by on-site occupational hygiene survey and occupational hazards detection. Results: there are many kinds of raw materials used in the process of enterprise production, and there are many occupational hazards such as dust, chemical and physical factors. Conclusion: the enterprise belongs to the "construction project with serious harm" occupation disease, should be wax, wax pattern assembly/detection, shell making, shelling, cutting, washing, blowing sand/internal marking, refinement, fluorescent penetrant/inspection work list of critical control points of occupation disease harm is, by taking engineering technology the prevention and control, strengthen personal protective equipment management and other measures to effectively control the occupation disease harm.
