工程预算审计方法及工程结算的控制研究

城镇化进程的逐步加快,建筑业相关工作需求增多,而工程预算审计及结算控制也是建设工程的重要组成部分,对提高工程建设水平发挥着重要作用。在建筑工程的一般发展进程中,对工程所进行的预算审计及结算控制不仅可提升整体工作效率、控制成本,而且可减少支出,其在造价成本控制方面发挥着巨大意义。在本文中,笔者将围绕建设工程,重点探索预算审计和结算控制内容,希望可为工程造价管理工作提供一定的参考。

with the acceleration of urbanization, the demand of construction industry is increasing, and the audit of project budget and the control of settlement are also important parts of construction project. It plays an important role in improving the level of engineering construction. In the general development process of construction engineering, the budget audit and settlement control of the project can not only improve the overall work efficiency, control the cost, but also reduce the expenditure. In this paper, the author will focus on the budget audit and settlement control around the construction project, hoping to provide a certain reference for the project cost management.
