真空降水在隧道全风化富水砂层施工中的应用

摘要 阳城隧道1号斜井(正洞)在全风化富水砂岩地段施工过程中,结合其他施工先例,现场采用真空降水,能使围岩达到中湿状态,解决了砂岩遇水迅速恶化、涌沙涌水严重、初支易背后形成空洞、控制难度大,施工风险大等困难,并且安全质量得到保证,施工进度明显提升,最后取得圆满成功。 Yangcheng Tunnel N o. 1 inclined shaft(hole) in weathered water rich sandstone area construction process, combined with other construction site precedent by vacuum precipitation, can make the surrounding rock to wet state, to solve the water behind the rapid deterioration of sandstone and gushing sand gushing water seriously, the initial support easy to form a cavity, it is difficult to control the the construction risk is big, difficult, and safety and quality assurance,construction progress significantly, and finally a success.
