小学生篮球运动兴趣培养的实践与探索——以鹤翔小学为例

篮球运动是在快速、激烈、对抗的情况下进行的一项综合性体育活动,具有竞争性强、趣味性浓等特点,深受学生的喜爱。它也是世界上开展最广泛,影响最大的体育单项运动项目。但是,长期以来,中国篮球的竞技水平低于中国公众期待。研究表明,在所有问题当中,基层篮球、特别是青少年篮球现状是最令人忧虑的。所以,本文通过对鹤翔小学校园篮球现状调查研究的基础上,结合学校近几年推广篮球运动,对小学生篮球运动兴趣培养与实践,探究如何在小学阶段培养学生篮球的兴趣,为鹤壁乃至全国的校园篮球的进一步深入开展提供实践操作的理论依据和发展研究方向,为中国篮球输送实力强大的后备人才。

basketball is a comprehensive sports activity carried out under the condition of rapid, intense and antagonistic, which has the characteristics of strong competition and rich interest, and is loved by students. It is also the most widespread and influential single sport in the world. But for a long time, the competitive level of Chinese basketball was lower than the Chinese public expected. O f all the problems, the current state of grassroots basketball, especially among teenagers, is the most worrying, the study shows. Therefore, based on the investigation and research on the present situation of basketball in hexiang elementary school, this paper, in conjunction with the promotion of basketball in recent years, develops and practices the interest of elementary school students in basketball, explores how to cultivate the interest of students in basketball in elementary school, provides the theoretical basis and development research direction for the further development of hebi campus basketball, and provides a strong reserve talent for Chinese basketball.
