摘要
城市道路平面交叉口在城市道路网中居于核心地位,也是交通事故最集中的地方。英国为了解决道路圆形交叉路口的各种问题,最先开发了回转交叉路口(roundabout),1966年开始在所有的回转交叉路口中引进了"优先权(give-way)"制度,即对进入交叉路的车辆中有最远回转路径的车辆给予优先权。欧美及韩国等交通先进国家为了提高交通安全度及缓解交叉口的拥堵压力,对回转交叉路口进行改善,演变出了今天的现代式回转交叉路口。本文首先分析我国平面交叉口存在的普遍问题,介绍外国现代式回转交叉路的事例,并对我国现代式回转交叉路的设计进行初步研究。
The intersection of urban road plays a key role in the urban road network, and it is also the most concentrated place of traffic accidents. In order to solve various problems in Britain road traffic circle, first developed a rotary intersection(roundabout), starting in 1966 introduced the "priority in the rotary intersection of all(give-way)" system, that is the farthest rotary path of a vehicle giving priority to enter the cross road vehicles. Europe and South Korea and other transportation advanced countries, in order to improve traffic safety and alleviate intersection congestion pressure, the improvement of the rotary junction, evolved today's modern rotary junction. This paper first analyzes the general problems existing in our country's intersection, introduces the examples of the foreign modern rotary intersection, and studies the design of the modern rotary intersection in our country.
