摘要
对"细胞大小与物质运输关系"实验进行改进。根据细胞体积增大而相对表面积减小,物质运输效率也随之降低的原理,针对教材模拟实验所存在的缺点,设计了用慢性回弹海绵块模拟细胞大小,以海绵吸水模拟细胞的物质进出,同时采用新的数据采集及处理方法,模拟细胞大小与物质运输关系的模型。实验材料可重复利用,操作简单安全,实验效果显著。
the experiment of "cell size and material transport relation" was improved. Based on the principle of increasing cell volume and decreasing relative surface area and decreasing material transport efficiency, the paper designs a model of cell size and mass transport relationship by using a chronic rebound sponge block to simulate cell size, and a new data collection and processing method. The experiment material can be reused, the operation is simple and safe, and the experiment result is remarkable.
