基于模糊综合评价法提升军校学员骨干领导力的思考

学员骨干既是学员队的管理者,又是未来基层的一线指挥员,其领导力水平的高低,对我军未来的建设起着至关重要的作用。如何培育高素质的指挥人才便是当前亟待解决的课题。所以,本文尝试运用模糊综合评价分析法,对学员班长半年以来所取得成绩进行评定,为下一步骨干领导力培养提供参考依据。

The level of leadership plays an important role in the future construction of our army. How to cultivate high quality command talent is the urgent task. Therefore, this paper tries to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis method to evaluate the achievements made by the student monitor in the past six months, and provide reference for the next step in the leadership training.
