Analysis of Some Problems in the Construction Quality Management of Construction Engineering

建筑施工受多种因素影响,加之工期长、规模大,最终施工质量往往差强人意,甚至会出现各种质量问题,影响工程验收,对施工企业声誉造成影响。为切实提高工程质量,就必须加强对质量管理问题的分析,针对性采取对策,加强质量管理。本文首先分析了质量管理问题表现,之后进一步分析如何解决这些问题,以保证施工质量、提高管理水平。

the construction is influenced by many factors, combined with long construction period and large scale, the final construction quality, often will appear all sorts of quality problems, even affect the project acceptance, the construction enterprise reputation. In order to improve the quality of the project, we must strengthen the analysis of quality management problems, take countermeasures and strengthen the quality management. This paper first analyzes the performance of quality management problems, then further analyzes how to solve these problems to ensure construction quality and improve management level.
