摘要 基层小学语文教研活动的有效实行对小学语文教学起到了非常关键的效用,并且对于提升小学同学们的成绩以及整体素养都十分有利。经过开展基层语文教研活动,老师们能够在一起交流彼此间的教授成果以及所积累的经验,进而提升老师的教授水平,让教授效果获得大幅度提升。基层语文教研活动必须要许多老师一同参与,而且一定要和小学语文老师的现实教授经过相贴近,活动的良好施行对小学语文教授水平提高拥有非常重要的意义。本文针对基层小学语文教研的误区以及矫正措施进行了探究,希望可以引起老师们的注重,进而可以更加好的为小学语文教学服务。 the effective implementation of elementary school Chinese teaching and research activities has played a very key role in elementary school Chinese teaching, and it is beneficial to improve the achievement and overall literacy of elementary school students. Through the development of grass-roots teaching and research activities, teachers are able to share with each other the achievements and accumulated experience of teaching, thus improving the teaching level of teachers, so that the teaching effect can be greatly improved. Grassroots language teaching and research activities must involve many teachers, and must be close to the reality of the elementary school language teachers, the good implementation of the activities to improve the level of elementary school language teaching is very important. At present, however, many teachers are not very deep in their knowledge of elementary school Chinese teaching and research activities, which greatly affects the implementation of their activities. This paper probes into the mistakes of elementary school Chinese teaching and research and the corrective measures, hoping to arouse the attention of teachers, and then can be better for elementary school
